As part of my practice I have completed 'UKCP Covid-19 Online Working Guidance' This means that I continue to consider any risks associated with face-to-face psychotherapy/counselling sessions. I am also able to offer phone and Zoom sessions where appropriate.
How long does Psychotherapy or Counselling go on for?
This differs from person to person. Usually it becomes clear as the process develops. It is something that would be discussed in the initial consultation.

How much does therapy cost
The fee for psychotherapy or counselling is £55 per session. I have a limited number of concession spaces subject to availability.
